Journey by thatgamecompany has to be one of the most beautiful, interesting and well-made games I've ever seen. The game is just a guy wandering through the desert and then he sees a beacon in the distance and you know your destination, but that's the least of your problems.  You must begin your journey and that's really what the game is all about. It's on PSN, if you have $15, you should just shut your mouth and get it.

Journey has actually already been doing really well without your help and the game has shattered several sales records and now is the fastest-selling PSN game ever released. Jenova Chen, who I talked to last year, wrote about the awesomeness for the PSN blog, stating, "Journey has officially broken Playstation Network and PlayStation Store sales records, surpassing all games ever released on the PlayStation Network to become the fastest-selling game ever released on PlayStation Store, in both the SCEA and SCEE regions.”

ThatGameCompany started off with Flow, then evolved to another PSN title, Flower and it's great seeing them end up here with Journey. In even better news, Journey’s soundtrack, which is a stunning mix of instrumental, meditative music and the ambient works of Brian Eno will finally get a release on se on April 11th.
