David Jaffe is backing up Lightbox Interactive's new title, further fanning the excitement for it. Lightbox Interactive, for their part, has been mum as to what their PS3-exclusive will be, but rumors are high that it's none other than Starhawk.

The hype was sparked by Lightbox president Dylan Jobe's recent tweets, which said thus: "The studio is humming this weekend. Lots of great work going on. Love the energy and seeing the stuff all come together!"


Jaffe then replied: "@DylanJobe Sounds fun! Congrats2 you all! I only know a teeny bit about the game&think it's super fresh&cool! Best of luck on y'alls announce!"


Okay, he's apparently in the know somehow, that's pretty obvious. With his reply, Jobe then continued the lovefest between the two devs: "@davidscottjaffe Thanks Dave! The team has been working really hard on the game and we're excited to reveal it - sometime in the future :^)"


Starhawk is definitely a strong contender for Lightbox' new title. If it is true that a reveal could happen come mid-May, then we're definitely up on our toes waiting for more exciting news sure to come our way at E3.
