Harry Potter PS3 bundle conjured up this week |

Oh Harry, you’re so dreamy with your glasses and your scar and your broody, broody stares. How can we celebrate your magical awesomeness? How about a PlayStation 3 bundle?

Yessiree, the award for “Most Random Console Bundle” goes to Sony this week, now that they’ve announced they will be releasing a PS3 bundle to celebrate the Blu-ray release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2. The Harry Potter 3D Experience Movie Pack PS3 bundle will be available starting this week for $249.99 (MSRP) and includes a 160GB PS3 system, a copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 Blu-ray Disc (both the 3D and 2D versions included), and you’ll also receive a voucher to download Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
I am confused why this ultimate Harry Potter movie pack doesn’t actually include all the movies. You would think that would be obvious, or at least include the 3D version of the first part of Deathly Hallows. Granted, this bundle does include a 30-day membership to PlayStation Plus, so there is a small bit of added value. The Harry Potty 3D Experience Movie Pack is available now. For those who don’t own a PS3 yet, is this the sort of bundle that would have you running to the store to plop down your Knuts and Galleons?
