Legendary composer Hans Zimmer has been confirmed to be joining Electronic Arts and Crytek in making Crysis 2.
This was announced by Crytek over at their official Twitter account recently. The tweet simply said, "Legendary composer Hans Zimmer Works on Crysis 2!"

Zimmer is well-known for his works on major Hollywood films such as Christopher Nolan's mind-bender, Inception, as well as the last Batman hit, The Dark Night.
Zimmer, along with Lorne Balfe, will be joining the existing team of composers Borislav Slavov and Tilman Sillescu to bring to life that perfect musical score that will intensify the drama in Crysis 2.
The game, set in a devastated New York City in 2023, has been one of the more anticipated titles for 2011, this despite the criticisms over the demo that recently launched.
