As we previously reported, the PlayStation Suite SDK will provide a venue in which the everyday folk can craft applications and games for all kinds of Sony devices. This ranges from tablets, phones and even the Vita. The SDK provides all the tools that you will need such as a debugger and simulator. There are also design tools available to add the eye candy to your creation or to shrug it off to someone else, if art isn't your forte.
Even if you do everything yourself, you're not alone as Sony will give you access to the special Developers Forum. In this forum, you can collaborate with other devs. The stuff that you create with the SDK can also be submitted to the PS Store to be sold. All of this is available to you right now, for free.
Later on in the year, Sony is going to release the final version of the SDK with a price tag. In order to gain access then, you will have to pay $99 for the yearly license. If you're really interested into coding, then it's not a bad deal. Who knows, some goodies may come out of this.

And if your a developer of Unity 3D there is no way to transport unity android apk files into the PS Suite SDK we learned this the hard way..
And PS360Owner1:
You can't produce software or apps for the PS3 with this software its specifically based on Android Only Compatible Devices...!!!
So Phones,Tablets, & Vita which is Android Based..
PS3 is not Android Based yes its Debian but it just won't work on the console we tried making usb dongle with the PSS SDK I wouldn't suggest it on a new console lol..
