Gamestation lists GTA V for pre-order

The Official Xbox Magazine prediction may very well be correct after all. Just a few days after it was reported that an announcement for Grand Theft V is impending, GameStation puts up this product page enlisting the same.

The receipt, dated July 1st, indicates that the pre-ordered game was for the Xbox 360. A release schedule was also supposedly sent out, which Rockstar immediately took back anyway.

What is suspicious is that GameStation removed the product listing eventually, but not before the pre-order was made. It should remain to be seen whether this placed pre-order still counts as a valid one, but I don't find it hard to imagine how it shouldn't be a problem if it's just going to be a matter of announcing the game officially anyway.

GTA V has long been rumored to be in development, and as mentioned earlier, was fearlessly forecasted by OXM to be announced later this summer. For a 2012 release, maybe?

well we have bestbuy but its not very common here in the north of england. usually find them down in the south, they had one in kent went down there with work. we dont have gamestop here in the uk we have gamestation which is the same as gamestop and another shop called game which i think is too expensive( i use gamestation)

we also have wallmart which isnt called wallmart over here its called asda and in france when i went there they have gamestop but its called micromart

Well does gamestation usually offer pre-load goodies? I imagine it should since its pretty big there.

yes they do and its usually the same as gamestops, for example when i pre-ordered l.a noire i got the naked city and badge pursuit challenge dlc code and when i pre-ordered halo reach i got the recon armor code which i think is the same as what gamestop was offering when they were released

I say every person who pre-orders a game without at least playing a demo first deserves to get the game and find it's crap, or even lose their deposit because the game never gets made, i mean fair enough if you get some completely worthless on-disk DLC because if that makes you happy then go for it, but i'm not stupid enough to waste £40+ without trying and researching the game first.

Well Rockstar have done more entertaining open world games since GTA IV because to me that game technically looked good but lacked any fun value, so i do have higher hopes for GTA V, but i'd call myself a cynical asshole with a big fucking smile on my face with all the money I've saved on over-hyped games because i always rent or borrow games and buy them maybe 3 days after release when I've had a good try first

GTA's never had a demo and you know it's good 'cause of the previous ones.

It's Disc not "disk".

Previous GTA's were good but GTA 4 was boring until the expansion packs, so you just made the perfect example why demos are needed, and I've wasted too much money on massively over-hyped games to just have dumb blind faith that something's gonna be good.
