EA makes nice with Activision |

So wow, what a weekend for EA Games. They sold over five million copies of Battlefield 3 in just a week, not rivaling Activision's Modern Warfare series, but enough to make the guys at DICE happy and a lot of fans. However, when it comes to petty fights, it looks like this one is settled.
Despite when it came to a few months ago when EA hoped Modern Warfare "rotted from it's core" but now they want to hold hands or be bros or do whatever game developers do when they have a lot of money and don't want to be an asshat about it.
"We all respect what Call of Dury brings and what they're going to come with. Right now, we're out in the market and that's all I know. When they come out, they come out and I wish them the best of luck. They're partners in this industry and I play all of their games and I look forward to many of them and all I can do is try and make sure that people stay interested and want to have more Battlefield" Executive VP Patrick Soderlund spoke to IGN and hoped the best for Activsion when the game drops in a week.
Just a bit of comparison. Modern Warfare 2 sold seven million copies...in it's first day, back in 2009. It's good they stopped being jerks. As much as I'm a fan of the BF series, MW is gonna obliterate all of the competition when it comes out on November 8th...just a fact of life I guess.

-What's new in this Battlefield multiplayer that wasn't in other ones? Name one thing.
-Just like I thought, no intelligent counter points just fanboy BS. You haven't played either but can say I'm wrong, that makes sense.

Copied this from my other post, I don't know if you've played it either but it doesn't sound like it.

That's how it should be and when I'm on a good squad, which is very seldom, they should be supporting each other but most people play the game like it's COD and that doesn't work with this game at all. I never said 1 RPG would destroy the tank but unless you play with friends that play the game like it should be played, as a team, then there's no way to fight off the whole team alone in a tank. You must be playing with friends in a squad and if so you're going to have a different experience than someone who has to play with random people but that doesn't change the fact that vehicles are useless for anything other than transportation without a good team and I don't find driving to a battle fun, I'd rather be fighting than driving.

-You know a lot of people who are getting MW3 first then BF3 but they prefer BF3, that makes sense.
-I don't suck at Battlefield 3, I'm always in the top 4.
-I don't know how to fly because you never get a chance to learn how other that playing multiplayer, how hard is it to make a training level to at least allow you to practice.
-The only way a tank lasts 5 minutes is because it takes 4 minutes to get from your spawn to the rush location.
-Just like I thought, no intelligent counter points just fanboy BS. You haven't played either but can say I'm wrong, that makes sense.

I've been in many tanks that last through whole games. Tanks aren't meant to camp in an area for a lengthened amount of time; you'll obviously get your ass ravaged by rockets if you don't move about. If you don't know how to fly, then learn. It isn't that hard. Pop into a heli or a jet at the start of a match, or just wait your turn. They're quite simple to operate once you get the hang of it. It isn't DICE's fault if you aren't patient, or just quite simply have the intelligence of a rock.
To be quite honest, the large levels are just a point of personal opinion. I really like the open feeling of a huge battlefield, but I also love enclosed spaces like of those featured in Modern Warfare 3.
Now, to your ridiculously false statement saying that no changes have been made, I could list a massive list of changes compared to other Battlefield games, but only have limited space. Without further ado:
1. A destruction engine that beat competitors to dust, including the last version of Frostbite itself.
2. Several changes to the class system have been made which make much more sense, such as, medical gear is now given to the rifleman, while the support class is the new medic class, replacing defibrillators and health packs with ammo packs.
3. Prone has been added. Now this was in BF2, so they did bring back something they already had.
4. Scope glare has been added. This makes spotting out snipers easier and much more realistic.
5. Suppressing fire. Need I say more? The new suppression system is outstanding and can be part of a good strategy.
6. Specializations . I'm not too sure if they had this in other BF games, but I'll list it here anyways.
Point is, that there have been many changes added to this game. If you want to go hardcore like you said that MW3 added new weapons, well, I could also say that BF3 added new weapons, maps, and other systems.
I would like to add that I am not a fanboy. I will be getting MW3 as well. BF3 and MW3 are completely different types of FPS, and I don't understand why they are being compared. Obviously a CoD fanboy will hate on BF, while a BF fanboy will hate on CoD. It's the way life works.
I would also like to add that I'm in the top three players every game. Thanks.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the game, the problem is you.Battlefield has been around for over ten years and has always been the same basic style of gameplay. It doesn't need to change, sure as hell not for you.

Games to avoid
1 - Gears of war 3 / sub quality and big game design problems
2 - Forza 4 / ive been Shocked huge downgrade
Games you must have
1 - uncharted 3 - they respect them self so we respect them
2 - Battlefield 3 - they worked hard and thats the result
Sorry EA but we only buy good games

There are SO many things wrong with this post from the capitalization to the grammar but I do see something interesting. You say avoid 2 Xbox games and the 2 PS3 games are must haves, PS3 fanboy? And the last sentence "Sorry EA but we only buy good games", you do know EA makes Battlefield right or did you think Sony made that too?

and i have all consoles u know , plus BF3 is a multiplayer game! and ill get it on PC bcz the quality on console is a joke .
... what i want to say is that the one year game production is killing the gaming industry , but they understand that we only buy good games they will no they must then take time for production.

i know what you are thinking, "crysis 2 is call of duty on steroids"
let me repeat that
"crysis 2 IS call of duty ON STEROIDS"
that is why i would much rather play crysis 2, cause it's on steroids......
