Amidst all the other stuff coming out right now, you may have overlooked the Doom 3: BFG Edition. I know I did. Anyway, it's out right now on PSN, PC, and XBLA and comes jam-packed with all sorts of Doomy goodness.
The Doom 3: BFG Edition comes with Doom, Doom II, Doom 3 in 3D, The Lost Mission, and Resurrection of Evil. Everything has been remastered and features 5.1 surround sound, HD visuals with improved lighting and rendering, and a new checkpoint save system. They've also made it so that your flashlight is mounted on your armor, which certainly makes sense.
The whole shebangabang costs $29.99 on PC and $39.99 on PSN and XBLA. The Doom 3: BFG Edition is out now in North America, but will be out in Europe on the 19th and in Japan November 22nd. Check out the launch trailer below and let us know what you think!
