Dishonored’s Latest DLC is Very, Very Stabby |

Dishonored seems to have been a surprise hit. The game was quite clearly good, but it doesn’t look like Bethesda expected it to land with quite so much force. A sequel is reportedly in the works, but in the meantime we’ve only seen bits and pieces of DLC mostly focused on completing in-game challenges, and even those don’t seem to have been planned in advance.

Finally, though, Arkane is ready to bring us some more story content. The developer has just announced The Knife of Dunwall, which places you in the role of Daud (leader of those pesky assassins from later in the game). Daud has a similar yet different skillset to Corvo, and will hunt for Bone Charms and Runes while sneaking his way through storyline that runs parallel to Dishonored’s main narrative. Also you’ll probably murder the Empress.
Due in the DLC: New locations (Legal District, Rothwild Slaughterhouse), new weapons (wrist bow!) and the introduction of a new character whose story will be fleshed out in one final piece of story DLC.
Anyone excited to pick this one up? It launches April 16 for $9.99 or 800 MS Points.
