Delay casts shadow on Shadows of the Damned release

It's just for two weeks, but it's a delay nonetheless. Suda 51 confirmed at a recent San Francisco event that Shadows of the Damned won't be coming out in June 7th as originally expected.

The third-person shooter from Suda 51, Grasshopper Manufacturer and Electronic Arts will instead now be coming on the PS3 and Xbox 360 on June 21st.

There have been concerns that Shadows of the Damned will be coming out like a Resident Evil because Shinji Mikami of RE is also on the team. He, however, has repeatedly reassured that despite some familiar feels to the game, it's most definitely a Grasshopper game more than anything else.

Since the game's been delayed just out outside of the E3 timeframe, it should be expected that EA might have something in store for it during the gaming event.
