Contrary to the previously reported July 20th release of Candygun's zombie title, Dead Block, it's instead coming out a day sooner.



That gets you a day closer to having your fill of knocking them undeads dead. For those of you still not familiar with Dead Block, it's "a 1950's Horror B-Movies inspired action defense game."



Obviously, it's going to be set in the 1950s, and there will be loads of zombies for you to aim those weapons at. One thing that will separate Dead Block from other zombie titles is that it "doesn't take itself too seriously; humor is a big part of the game's presentation."



Apart from the game itself coming on the PSN, Candygun Games will also be releasing a spcecial Dead Block theme for the PS3 owners, as well as a demo for it. 



Game should be out in but a few hours, so keep your eyes peeled for it on your PSN. In the meantime, do enjoy this video of the game to give you a better idea of how it will play out.
