Capcom announces new HD Collection |

Now while there is Resident Evil sequel coming and an Operation just released, Capcom have tried to milk that undead cow for all it's worth with Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles. Both were originally on the Wii and are coming together in a high definition edition for the PS3.
The on-rails shooters were pretty big when they were released on the Nintendo console and while I think it'd make more (American) sense to release the games on 360, I'm more than aware of the cultural gap between Microsoft and Sony in the land of the rising fun. Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection will be out some time this summer.
Check out the brand new trailer Capcom released for it this morning:
Capcom have already said the game will be released in disc form but also on the PSN Store and both games will be Move enabled. The digital releases will be sold together but will be made separately before the year is through to give the gamers the option...eventually.

Awesome job there Capcom.
I really wish that they elaborated on the co-op multiplayer. That seems to be the only improvement worth noting at this point.
