The new challenge is merely a Facebook sharing effort. All you need to do to contribute is hop over to the Dragon Age page and share the day's post. If each post up until now reaches one million impressions, then you'll receive yet another tome.
To get that tome, just look for post such as this one and spread it like the Blight.
So now that Call to Arms has been completed, you will have two tomes to start with. If you completed the demo, then you'll also get Hayder's Razor, which increases your health, mana, and combat abilities. It's not clear what "Of The Things Not Lost" will do for you, but all the freebies so far should add up to a pretty solid start in Dragon Age II.
