Ubisoft has revealed more details about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Revelation Beta which is slated to begin on September.

The beta will be available to all PlayStation Plus subscribers on September 3rd. It will run for a full week and will include the following:

• Characters
  • There are nine available characters in the Beta. It will include: The Sentinel, The Vanguard, The Guardian, The Vizier, The Thespian, The Deacon, The Bombardier, The Trickster and The Champion.
• Maps
  • Three maps will available in the Beta. It will include: Knight’s Hospital, Antioch and Constantinople.
• Modes
  • The Beta will include four modes whcih are all unlocked from the outset. Two of these modes are taken from Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, while the other two are brand new modes designed based from community feedback. The available modes include: Wanted, Manhunt, Deathmatch (NEW), and Artifact Assault (NEW).
• Abilities
  • The Beta will include eight Abilities but only some are available initially while others must be unlocked by increasing your rank. Some of the abilities available are also take from Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, but with sone slight tweaks based from player feedbacks. Available abilities include: Tripwire Bomb (NEW), Closure (NEW), Disguise, Fire Crackers, Throwing Knives, Smoke Bomb, Poison and Morph.

PS3 users who are also a member of Ubisoft's Uplay service can also take part in the exclusive Revelations multiplayer beta test. The full game is slated to arrive on November 15th for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
