A 10-minute helicopter assault flythrough
Namco Bandai revealed some new details about the upcoming demo of Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, the long awaited series reboot of the popular Ace Combat series. Heading to the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live on September 13th in North America and on September 14th in Europe, the Assault Horizon single player demo will give long time fans and new comers a like a taste of the action before the game hits retail shelves next month.
The demo will include two missions, one that will have you flying a jet fighter and engage in an intense dogfight over the skies of Miami, which also serves as the game's tutorial level, and a helicopter mission, which will have you taking control of a helicopter in a high risk rescue operation. "The missions will give players a small taste of the visceral combat, deadly airborne devastation and rich variety of missions and aircraft in the final game," notes Namco in the press release.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon will be released on the PS3 and Xbox 360 on October 11th in North America and across Europe on October 14th 2011. It took them a while to create this one, hopefully it will be worth all the wait.

Seriously, I played the demo for 5 minutes
DFM is basically an autopilot that changes the view and follows the target while you spray your cannons, You can't do a simple barrel roll.
ACE COMBAT IS DEAD if they keep making HAWX clones.
As an Ace combat fan. This to me is what Black ops did to the Call of Duty franchise.
I'm just glad I actually got to play a demo before I wasted money on this game.
