5. DashLaunch 3.05 (828 Downloads)
Back when I did my download report for the entire month of November, the previous version of DashLaunch emerged in the number four spot. Having been posted just six days ago, it seems as if this slight revision to that is once again on path to make a mark on our charts. So what does DashLaunch do and why is it so gosh darn important? The reason for its big reception lies in its sheer loading functionality. Whether you're looking to boot to a specific GUI like Xex Menu or you just want to play some games this seems to be the scene software to beat.

With all that said, let's take a quick look at version 3.05. In general, as you would expect the changes here are going to be quite small and under the hood, but they should certainly be enough to get your attention. The major change here is the addition of support for the 16202 kernel which is right in line with many of the many other menus and loaders these days. In addition, you're also going to get an update to the Spanish language file and a fix for a bug not allowing the remotenxe and windows button to boot to the dashboard.
Since we're already talking of loaders, let's take a quick look at what our number four download might be. HINT: It's for the PS3.
