The world hasn't been too kind to Alex Mercer, whilst I won't spoil thetrailer or the original game, let's just say that there were MANY problems with Alex's life and that a fully recreated New York cityfilled with mutants, cars, pedestrians and other death fodder for youaround, wasn't really the answer.

Iremember playing the original Prototype and feeling quiteunderwhelmed. The game kinda fell flat in it's storytelling,characters were all over the place and the gameplay a bit repetitiveand whilst there's not real gameplay footage in this trailer, itlooks like the creators have decided to keep the trailer pre-renderheavy, so who knows how this might play out.

Theoriginal is fairly cheap on Steam right now and I don't doubt it'd beany more than $20 for a new or old copy in your local retailer.
