It appears that the E3 team aren't the only ones who know how to make game EBOOT patches that don't require the need for a dongle. It's good news for the end gamer, yeah and of course, it's bad news for True Blue. (And JB-King) Speaking on which, whatever happened to JB-King? Didn't they say that they would be releasing their own EBOOTs for their users? Looks like they are getting beat to the punch, unless it's all some sort of grand master plan. Such the conspiracy theory.

Anyways, an anonymous Chinese hacker has released two new patches for Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Saint Seiya - Sanctury Battle. The patch is region free for Final Fantasy while the one for Saint Seiya is for the PAL version of the game. (BLES01421) Those are the two games that are getting the spotlight.
