The Third Street Saints may be doing well in Stilwater, but that doesn't mean their troubles are finally behind them. In Saint's Row: The Third, the Saints become targetted by The Syndicate, a legendary criminal fraternity who runs the city of Steelport.

Players will be taking the fight to Steelport in this installment of the Saint's Row franchise, so it's a good idea to get to know who you might end up fighting once you get there. Here's a short who's who of Steelport's major players.

• Phillipe Loren: the cold, calculating leader of the Syndicate.
• Zimos: an old-school pimp who hates Morningstar and what they’ve done to pimping, mostly because they ran him out of business and pimping ain’t easy.
• Killbane: leader of the Luchadores Mexican wrestling gang that has cornered the gambling trade in Steelport.
• Angel de la Muerte: Killbane’s former tag-team partner. The relationship did not end well.
• Matt Miller: leader of the Deckers and specialist in high-tech cybercrime
