LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack hits Europe today

SCEE is releasing a new LittleBigPlanet 2 content pack today that adds PlayStation Move support to the Media Molecule hit. Move integration gives players a new suite of creative tools like Movinator, Motion Recorder and Paint Tool which let users design their own Move games and paint their own stickers. It also comes with 11 new trophies to collect.

The LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack doesn't just let PS3 gamers use the Move motion controller with the game, though. It also comes with five giant, story levels and seven side levels, making it the game's biggest content pack to date.

The Move Pack also features a new story mode, The Rise of the Cakeling, with 14 new levels. When a rogue cake threatens doom and destruction, the Sackfolk must once again attempt to restore peace to Craftworld. This time players will have a brand new toy to make things easier: the Brain Crane, a new powerup that allows you to control objects with the power of your mind.

Finally, the Move Pack will let gamers use the Move controller with all of LittleBigPlanet 2's original story levels as well as the few million community leves. All in all, it's definitely not a bad way to further extend the game's playability.
