No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise, the PlayStation 3 version of Grasshopper Manufacture's Wii title No More Heroes, is landing in North America this month. The enhanced PS3 remake of the hack and slash title, developed by AQ Interactive Inc., will have new features, additional bosses not available in the original version, and PlayStation Move support.

If you still haven't placed your pre-order, you might want to swing by Amazon.com. They're giving away a couple of exclusive in-game goodies: the Cross Saver weapon and the Moto Magazine 2 bike. Check 'em out below.

nmhhp-cross

nmhhp-moto

The two items mentioned above can be unlocked through a voucher code that will be emailed to you once your order ships. The game is currently on track for release on August 16th. For a change, Australia and Europe got No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise before North America on May 19 and 20, respectively.

The original bike looked better, but its cool to have Henry sword. They could have picked a better screenshot though since its clipping through his hand in that one.

... come to think about it, hes not even holding it right.

Take it form me, BUY THE WII VERSION.
this "HD" port is complete fail.

the whole fun with this game on the wii is you can actually do a slicing motion on the final hit of any enemy you kill is like what make this game so fun!

doing the motions on that last strike made you feel like you were holding the beam katana yourself.

Now, it feels like a joke on the ps3. all you do is move the thumb sticks which is lame and the recharge motion just makes it feel like your shaking a baby or something along the lines. Not the "LOL UR MASTERBATING" motion, which was part of the game's humor.

If it IS PS MOVE compatible maybe i'll take a swing at it again and maybe it WILL be better but only if the PS MOVE works with it which im not sure. if not then its just as lame as port of any game could ever get.

Once again people, its not all about graphics. you gotta keep true to the game's orginal gameplay mechanics~

If you had read, it is Move compatible. So it is just like the Wii version but with better controls and graphics.

I absolutely agree. Play the demo to the game. I did, with the move controller as well. It is FAIL. Even with the move controller, they removed the "finishing blow" travis now does it on his own which was a major let down, especially since I beat the Wii version and was ready to slice off the head, only to be let down. Also, since the nav controller doesn't do motion, the wrestling moves must be done in 2 separate motions which slows down the fighting. As a ps3 port of a Wii game, It would be expected to run at 1080P, but sadly only runs at 720P and somehow still manages to have a bad framerate at times. The "LOL UR MASTERBATING" motion you mentioned is also a lot harder to pull off since the controller doesn't feel as it's responding half the time. The move controller doesn't have a speaker so you don't hear sylvia call you through the remote, but instead through the tv. The move controller has no d-pad on it so dodging was mapped to a flick of the remote while "Z" targeting which is not helpful when the game gets hectic. And the high/low attack system now makes youe either point the controller straight up, or straight down. Nut not like the Wii version where you sorta tilted it higher or lower, but STRAIGHT up, or STRAIGHT down, which is really uncomfortable. All in all, No more heroes is a great game, and if you never played the Wii version, you wont notice any of these problems, But having played it on the Wii, The demo severely let me down. All of these problems on their own are't so bad, but when you take them all together, it doesn't justify the $40 price of a 3-4 year old game.

You have opened my eyes on this game. I didn't think of a lot of the things you mentioned before, but Sylvia talking in the Wiimote and the wrestling moves are both huge hits to how this game was designed. Even with the better art, I don't think it is really needed for this game. I think I'll just stick to my Wii version if I ever want to play again.

I own the Wii version and I own this version.
The only differences I have noticed are the no talking through the remote (since move doesn't have a speaker) and the extra bosses and DLC.
Everything else is the same except for graphics are done better. You can't judge from a demo.

Idiots
