When several tools get updated and new ones are introduced, there has to be a time where the one package enclosing them all has to get its update. That time has come and Aldo has released PS3 Tools Collection v2.0.63. Since we've last covered it, there has been quite a number of changes. For those who have been M.I.A., it shouldn't take you too long to get caught up on everything. Here are the changes since the last update to the collection:
PS3 ConsoleID 1.01
PS3 ConsoleID allows you to take a lv1 or lv2 dump made using multiMAN or REBUG's Toolbox and grab the PSID and ConsoleID from it. Since it's addition, it has seen one update, which is detailed below.
- Added option to save the idps and PSID as binary files. Ctrl+S saves both files in a single step
PS3 FTP Client 3.0.1
- Improved speed using persistant cached folders.
Bruteforce Save Data 2.4.2
- Minor fixes.
PKG ContentID 2.0.5
- Added Repack PKG [Set CATEGORY] to context menu for .pkg files.
- Added RAP to Rif Key to context menu for .rap files.
- Added support for display of ConsoleID and PSID from NORBIN and LV2 dump
- Added support for display of ContentID for URL of .pkg (pasted from clipboard)
The other tool that was update that is not accounted for is PS3 Cheats Editor, as no changelog was provided for it. You can grab everything below.
