A Big Name App Already Removed From Vita App Store |
Listed in: News Tags: Facebook, facebook app for vita, ps vita app removed, Sony, vita apps

I enjoy Facebook from time to time. Keeps me in touch with people who's relationships possibly should have degraded a long time ago and also for those who want to 'Like' the stuff they really like and let everyone know about it. But if you woke up this morning and tried to log in to Facebook on your Vita, you would have been a tad upset.
A standalone Facebook app was there and ready for launch earlier this week but it's been pulled because users have found that it just does not work. If you attempt to use the app, you'll get the NP-13144-3 code, which according to Sid Shuman from Playstation is the error that comes up when there was a change to Facebook and it's causing issues with the app." Or simply the app fucked up code.
I never understood gigantic codes for errors in computing technology. I imagine if they forgot someones birthday, they wouldn't give a belated card, they'd just send them a manual for how come they forgot, but only in algebraic equations....I'm just playin....the devs do some great work. So yeah, the Facebook app is no longer downloadable off the SEN store and Sony is working on a fix.
I'm more prominent on Twitter and have more followers than friends at the moment, but I do like Facebook being cheaper than sending a text. Luckily the Vita has a Twitter app too.
