First we have the BioShock pack which gives you access to make your way around the plush digital world in the ultra-recognizable Big Daddy and Little Sister costumes that will have you wanting to dig up your old copy of BioShock and re-explore the underwater city Rapture.
And next we have the Knights of Old pack that will give you not one but two knights, a damsel in dresses and a cuddly looking dragon.

Pre-order exclusives shouldn't be software as forced scarcity. It should be something that is REASONABLY scarce like a special toy, cloth map, or art book. Pre order exclusives don't benefit consumers at all (these costumes could always just be things that come WITH the game naturally). They don't even benefit the game manufacturers as near as I can tell. They serve one sole purpose, to benefit retailers.
