Sly Cooper (Or Sly Raccoon if you’re awesome and European) is hitting the Vita soon, showing off some neat save file compatibility with the PS3 version, and now’s your chance to see the game running on a Vita.

One thing I've always liked about the game, as far back as the PS2 days, was the smoother than smooth animations, and how well it complimented the smooth cel-shaded visuals, and it looks like it’s translated over to the Vita incredibly well, looking sexy, slick and, you guessed it, sly.

It looks so well formatted for the handheld that it looks (to me, at least) to be the platform of choice for the game. That said, you’re obviously expected to buy both since the ability to transfer saves is advertised a little bit more than it should.

It also raises the question of ‘how long will it be until handhelds and home consoles become direct rivals of each other?’
