PoV: Is a Mass Effect MMO viable? |

BioWare is contemplating the idea of a Mass Effect MMO, but would it even work well?
I honestly don't see the difference between a Mass Effect MMO and a Star Wars MMO. Sure, the latter of the two has lightsabers, but both take place in large galaxies. Both would feature space travel in a prominent role.
The only difference between the two would be that Mass Effect focuses more on shooting rather than melee combat.
However, the big reason why I see a Mass Effect MMO being a somewhat cool idea is how great the series' lore is. Not to mention all the possible races that players could select from.
Clans would also be really interesting in a Mass Effect MMO. Players could form a clan and then each member would pitch in money to buy a space ship, where they're able to use it as a clan hub and travel to different planets.
