MLB-11-Show

Peter Moore said today that EA Sports may bring back their MLB series, but do we really want them to?

Right now, the big battle is between MLB 2K and Sony's The Show. And The Show is winning it hands down.

It doesn't take much of a look to distinguish the difference in quality between 2K's series and Sony's. The production values in The Show are off the charts -- it's highly immersive with a great broadcasting crew and fantastic animations.

Not to mention game modes. The Show's Road to the Show mode is highly engaging, and is far better than 2K's counterpart. The Show also features more robust online modes.

The only benefit is that EA's series would be multiplatform, like 2K's. Do you want EA Sports to step into the MLB sports game ring? Sound off in the comments section below and be sure to continue the discussion on our community forums.

Seriously where do you come up with this type of logic. There's only one mlb game available for the xbox 360 2k baseball which is garbage. The wii u is going to be getting more 3rd party support and Ea MVP baseball was better than any mlb the show game to date. You need have info on the genre before giving your thoughts.

# they could release it on xboxmichalgordon99 2011-08-20 00:10
obviously mlb 2k is not even close to being as good as the show but the show is only for sony systems so EA would probably do well on a system like xbox with a baseball game

Well it's understandable there's only 2 games left because Baseball's a boring sport and not much you can do to make a video game exciting, and it's only really Japan and America that gives a crap about it.
