Nintendo has held its cards fairly close to their chest regarding what will be at this year's E3 for the Nintendo 3DS, but several educated guesses make perfect sense.
Games that have already been announced are likely to be shown, including The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (June 19 release), Kid Icarus: Uprising, Mario Kart 3DS, Animal Crossing, and Paper Mario 3DS.
We already know Super Mario 3DS will make its debut at E3 2011, and we can expect a trailer and release date confirming it for Holiday 2011.
The eShop will be featured as well, since it goes live the night before Nintendo's conference. I expect Nintendo to make a big deal out of the service, announcing several 3DSWare games and showing off some of the 3D Classics they have in store for it. The 3D movie service and 3D video capture will likely be talked about in detail, too.
That just leaves a big surprise for the 3DS -- it certainly won't be Super Mario 3DS, since we already know that's coming. I suspect something along the lines of a new Pikmin, StarFox, or even a side scrolling Metroid title shown.

id buy if they make a good f-zero for it. hell an f-zero gx port will fucking awesome as well in not a whole new one.
