The PopCap juggernaut that just keeps on giving has released an all new hip hop track for the game.

The guys at PopCap have a lovely consistency of being casual and fun and cute all the way to the bank. I recently showed a friend who swore she wasn't a gamer, a few minutes of Peggle, the chorus of Ode to Joy ringing out when the level was over was enough to excite and entertain her for the next hour whilst I finised writing some things.

I think gaming as a medium really does need to be shared and enjoyed. I can think of some of the happiest childhood memories with friends is just hanging out in a room, eating a bag of chips, taking turns finishing a game or just playing some co-op Altered Beast or endless rounds of Street Fighter 2...good times.

I just really want Plants vs. Zombies 2. I think PopCap really hit the nail on the head with that game by mixing two things creatively and ridiculous. The game has almost a perfect learning curve and is still really fun with the mini-games and Zen Garden which you can take care of...in fact...I think I might go play it now.
