S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl's premise is simple, an alternate reality of the Chernobyl disaster takes a less than favorable outcome and mutants have risen from the radioactive fallout.

Well, it's something that's scary to think about and even scarier to actually experience. You've seen the screens and you've read info about the title but what better way to get a glimpse of this nightmare alternate world (atleast before the game's release) than through trailers? Today we have three clips for you: the cinematic trailer, the mutants and the calm.

The cinematic trailer shows some real life clips of the Chernobyl incident (or what happened after it). The next one shows the mutant critters that you would be facing, and finally the last one showcases the environments where you'd be immersed into plus creepy background sounds.

The tagline had this writer praying for the release, which was supposed to be this March. (The devs at GSC Game World were reportedly having seconds thoughts though.) Man made Hell. We'll leave you to judge for yourself. Was there really "no harm done"?
