Combining vehicular and on-foot combat with strategy elements, Quake Wars is definitely one of this year's most highly-anticipated games for the PC platform. In Quake Wars, players choose to battle as one of five unique classes in either the human Earth Defense Force (EDF) or the barbaric alien Strogg armies.

There are more than 40 conventional and futuristic vehicles in the game, just waiting for gamers to play with them. You can go with the quad-bikes, tanks, and alien walkers for epic ground assaults or choose helicopters and anti-gravity ships to lend firepower from the air. Tactical advantage over the enemy is the mantra in Quake Wars, and you'll definitely need all the weapons and skill at your disposal to make it through the day.

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is slated for a March release in the U.S. at a suggested retail price of US$ 49.99. Gamers in Europe will be getting this baby earlier, on February 27, while gamers from Australia will be getting it on December 31.
