Rumor: StartCraft II beta run starts next month... in China?

Before you all go Zerg rushing off to China, do note this is just a rumor. Supposedly, beta tests for StarCraft II will be starting next month already, at least for China.

This comes by way of news from three separate Chinese StarCraft fansites, which supposedly are about to give away some beta keys. All three of these fansites are actually acknowledged by Blizzard's representative office in China, so the giveaway could be legit.

What makes this a rumor is that there's no actual confirmation of this beta key giveaway from Blizard, so for all intents and purposes, there's nothing official just yet. According to the fansites, they could start giving away beta keys as early as this week. So until that happens... it's back into your hive for you!
