In Development: a Diablo movie? |

A movie based on one of the most fun action RPGs ever made? That looks to be either a boon or bane for gamers, depending on the circumstances.
Blizzplanet is reporting that Legendary Pictures, the ones currently responsible for the in-development "World of Warcraft" movie, have added a listing for a new film called "Diablo" on their roster of In Development titles. Now, there hasn't been any news put up for that movie yet, but speculation from Blizzplanet would lead us to believe that it could very well be a movie based on Blizzard's Diablo game series.
There are a couple of possibilities here. First, the false alarm: that there's a movie called "Diablo" that has no reference whatsoever to the game series. Second, there's the possibility of a Diablo movie that might actually be good. Lastly, there's the possibility of an awful Diablo movie. All in all, that's two out of three odds for something good happening to Diablo, if you reckon that no news is good news.
We'll find out soon enough what the deal is, but for now, what do you think? Do you want to see a Diablo-based movie come out, and do you think it'll actually be good?

Any movie has the chance to be good or bad really depending on how well its written and produced. Blizzard has a good habit of making good things, so I would give it a chance.
