Playing the newly released SimCity requires a constant internet connection, and that’s been a big contributor to the game’s crappy start due to server issues.  So, could an offline mode help a little?  It could, but you won’t be seeing one.

The Sony XMB is probably the most beloved and despised interface in all of gaming history.
