These are sure to inspire debates as to which achieves what and who achieves more where, but we won't be stoking those flames this weekend. (Most likely these are PC demonstration screenshots, so we honestly can't tell how the Xbox 360 and PS3 Unreal Engine 3 would stack up to CryENGINE2, which is still - as of now - PC-specific).

unreal games look awsome but... crysis looks a little cleaner less choppy better aliasing'' motion blurr looks incredible not fuzzy like the blurr in rainow six vegas unless they ment for it to look like that??????????
There is no reason to compare the two, CryEngine 2 is a gen ahead of Unreal Engine 3. Full Direct X 10 support, realistic destructible world, the most incredible dynamic shaders currently developed. Again, there is no reason to compare the two. Unreal Engine 3 is still excellent, but second place by far to the CryEngine 2 technology.
Those unreal pics look mega touched up. I really doubt that is what the final product will look like. Blah ha ha For the Win !
Those are REAL Unreal Tournament 3 screens. PC ones though - not 360 or PS3 - neither could run it at such a resolution, with so much AA, AF and texture filtering. Probably taken on a 8800 GTX ;)
Crysis owns U3 in every way
UE3 is awesome. it makes amazing graphics and looks great. but Cry2 has DX10 support and you can destroy anything. so in the end Cry2 beats out UE3 but they are both amazing.
