This is the sort of thing that really grabs my fancy. A bit of videogame trivia mixed with an appreciation of the many worlds that videogames are home to, it’s a nice idea that makes me feel like a cultured gamer.

This 3 minute video is an animation showing a planet transform 20 times, each time theming itself around a videogame world. Can you figure out all 20 of them? Probably not, but it’s worth a short.

I’m not going to spoil anything, but the Minecraft one was a bit too easy. The whole list of worlds is in the video description, but to save you time I’ve also listed them out below, so don’t scroll down below the video until you’re done with it.
