Um... yeah...

Alright, we're not quite sure what to think about this particular map, and we're also wondering just how many people would get freaked out or offended by it. Apparently, some people just seem to have a little too much time on their hands that they managed to create a map for Valve Studios' Half-Life 2 which depicts the Twin Towers with one of them burning, as well as two blocks worth of the surrounding area. As described by mtcool1988 who stumbled upon this find:

Playing half-life 2 Death Match today, Just joined a Random server and Was shocked to be playing on the NY World Trade Centers, one of the centers is burning with a hole in the side of it and the other seems to be ok, Who ever made the map also included about 2 blocks worth of buildings, Very fun to play on I must say.

Um. Yeah. We're weirded out, too.

» Yes it was a sad moment

It's a video game. It was a sad moment in time, but if you really can't handle the stress it may put on you, then I would suggest not playing. I personally don't understand why people can't get this concept. Please, if you don't like it, don't get it a second look.
