The Flash game turns your cursor into a b****-slapping arm, and you wave left and right, hitting the woman across the face. She gets bruised and a bit bloody, even gives you the sign for your efforts. The game also comes with a webcam feature, which will let you use your own hands to do the slapping.
Under normal circumstances, I won't even be posting the B word here. But it's part of the game's name, so there. Besides, the Danish organization behind the game, "The NGO for Children exposed to Violence at Home", seems to think it's alright.

Also, it's quite possibly a reference to 'gangstas' considering it 'gangsta' to 'smack a b****' to 'let her know her place'.
It really depends on what they were aiming for, however. While it might make more sense to switch the labels on top, it might be counterintuitiv e to their goals.

Yea it could be counter-productive but it could make the player feel like hes in power. The Gangsta thing makes the player feel happy that hes been associated with a cool group.
Some people do think that hitting women is "Gangsta". This would just enforce that idea.
