Ah, Skyrim mods. Thanks to a robust community of contributors, you can make pretty much any change you want to Skyrim—make everyone naked, turn everyone to lizards (then make them naked), play a tower defense game (naked) or just make the game prettier (and more naked). But perhaps no project so far has shown the ambition of this: a team of modders is currently working to port all of Morrowind into the Skyrim engine.
