Tomb Raider movie gets writers |

The chosen ones are reported to be Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby, who both have outstanding credentials under their belts. The duo's resume boasts of the Iron Man adaptation in 2008, as well as the award-winning Children of Men, to be humble about it. They're also busy working on two other projects - Cowboys & Aliens and Akira - but they're obviously not too busy to take some time out for the new Tomb Raider movie.
They're still in the pre-production stage now, and given that they've only just hired these guys in the team, it should be safe to say that it will be quite a while before they actually start shooting the film. Heck, we don't even k now yet who could play Lara Croft this time around.
GK films acquired the film rights after Paramount and Warner Bros. dropped the franchise from their roster of projects.
