Sims 3 first expansion pack, World Adventures, now gold

Electronic Arts, through its Sims Studio, has sent out word that The Sims 3 will soon get its first expansion pack now that it has officially gone gold. "World Adventures" will be available on November 17th in North America and will be in stores worldwide the same week. Details right here.

As you would probably deduct from the expansion's name, World Adventures will let you take your Sims around the world, checking out cities and learning new skills in between. There will be a few quests and some exclusive in-game content to be earned, so keep that stamina bar green.
