Are you planning on picking up Resident Evil 6 when it finally ships for the PC? If you do, you’ll get to try an exclusive mode not found on the game’s console versions.

The PC version of Resident Evil 6 is set to be released in digital and physical form on March 22nd, and Capcom announced that it will feature an exclusive game mode dubbed The Mercenaries: No Mercy. This version will be based on the Mercenaries mode from Resident Evil 6’s predecessors, and it will essentially pit you against more on-screen enemies than you’ve ever seen.
Beyond the exclusive game mode announcement, Capcom also noted that Resident Evil 6 for the PC will come equipped with features that have been patched into the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. Among these features is the camera adjustment update and instant access to Ada Wong’s campaign.
Lastly, Capcom announced that the PS3 and Xbox 360 will receive the game’s Siege mode in March for a downloadable cost of $4. Also releasing at a cost of $4 each will be the Onslaught, Predator, and Survivors add-ons for the PS3. These were previously released for the Xbox 360, and PS3 owners will be able to download them starting in February.
