In an attempt to clue you guys in on just how 80's we can sometimes get here in the QJ quarters, I'm gonna sing to you a classic rock n' roll song that most of you probably know. "Take me down, to the paradise city where the grass is green and the girls are pretty..." - "Paradise City" Guns N' Roses
Okay, that had no relevance to the upcoming Sirius Games-developed RPG for PC, Paradise City (except for the title of course), but if you equate green grass to the underworld, and pretty girls to gangster ones, then maybe we're not far off. What are we talking about exactly?
As you know, Focus Home Interactive has announced this new game for the PC where players will be required to infiltrate the gangs of Paradise City as part of their work for the NSA (National Security Agency). As with most RPGs, the character you choose to play will also get to level up as s/he gains more connections in the underworld and exert more influence on the business sector and the rival gangs. As your character levels up, you'll be more adept at protecting your territory. Kinda reminds me of Saints Row actually, minus the whores and the drugs, I presume.
And since Paradise City won't be ganging up on our PCs until Spring this year, we'll leave you with these new screens to give you a feel of the game. Enjoy!
