On Shelves this Week: December 18 – December 24, 2011

There are several high profile games hitting shelves in the next week, but none is more high profile than Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Star Wars MMO, rumored to be the most expensive game ever made, has seen a very successful beta/early release period and is primed to take the industry by storm on the 20th.

If MMOs aren’t your thing, you still have a few options – Postal III or Trine 2 likely being your best options. Here’s this week’s edition of:

Aaaand that’s your list for the week. I’m no genius, but I think The Old Republic is going to be the biggest launch. Then again, MMOs are still a relatively niche market – there’s definitely room for some of those other titles.
