New Warcraft III patch still on track

Recent posts at Blizzard's forums show that quite a number of users are willing and ready to help fight off hackers who continue to crack Warcraft III open. This then begs the question of when a new patch is coming to address hacking and balance issues. Blizzard responded and reaffirmed its commitment to the cause.

A Blizzard poster says that all systems are still go regarding a new patch for Warcraft III by the end of the year. It was noted that the team working on it has taken into consideration suggestions posted in the forums and is doing its best to come up with the best patch possible.

Users were told to watch out in the near future for updates regarding patch details on the popular strategy game. In conclusion, Blizzard acknowledges that there's a significant demand for a new Warcraft III patch and it's looking to appease everyone come year's end. We'll keep you updated.
