New details for Tales of Pirates II: Beware the Mysterious Augur and Cursed Moppet have been revealed.
IGG has shared five reasons why the mere mention of their curses can strike fear and invoke awe in even the most brutal and notorious pirates:
- Reason 1: If a pirate draws the chance to inflict a curse from the Augur, they can get the Cursed Moppet to curse whoever they want!
- Reason 2: A pirate can be cursed anytime and anywhere without knowing why or who has had them cursed. The terror of the Cursed Moppet knows no bounds!
- Reason 3: Do not be fooled by the Moppet's cute appearance. Its curses are powerful enough to send a pirate to his immediate death.
- Reason 4: Have you been cursed by the Moppet? Do you yearn for revenge? Alas, vengeance is impossible, because the mastermind behind the Moppet's curse is shrouded in anonymity. Your best course is to avoid stepping on the toes of other pirates, at least not too often!
- Reason 5: The Moppet's curses are irresistible. Regardless of level, equipment, or buffs, nothing - absolutely nothing - will deflect its curse. Once you have been marked by the Cursed Moppet, the only thing left to do is await your impending doom.
