Codemasters, makers of the quirky and popular Tycoon franchise, is back for more Tycoon fun, this time by taking the business to the medical field in Hospital Tycoon for the PC platform.Unlike the early Tycoon titles, Hospital Tycoon doesn't have you sitting atop all else like a god all the time. This one actually goes down to the micro-level to explore the social dynamics of the medical industry. Hilarity often ensues as doctors, nurses, and EMTs run into all sorts of mischief that will keep you glued and grinning for hours on end.
The graphics also seem to have been given more premium. The visuals look funny in a good way, and the overall presentation makes an otherwise daunting stay at the hospital seem light and fun.

I saw a review about this one and they say that a lot of the good features from Theme hospital have not been copied into this clone.
Shame really...With no sign of a Theme Hospital 2 it looks like this is a *****ty clone.
