Grand Theft Auto V PC Petition Gains a Little Steam |

Fans of the Grand Theft Auto series are hoping that Rockstar Games will announce a PC version of the upcoming game. Will their petition sway the company to develop for the PC? Who knows, but the petition is gaining some steam.

The online petition at Change.org that was created to get a PC version of Grand Theft Auto V has surpassed 150,000 signatures. The new milestone comes after it reached the 100,000 mark in November.
We now know that Grand Theft Auto V will be released on September 17th. So far, however, it’s only slated to become available for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser said that a PC version is being considered, but there’s nothing set in stone as of right now.
The Change.org petition claims that not having a PC version of GTA V is a “big shame” since modding in the PC world has made for some fun with the series’ previous releases. If another GTA V version is made, the PC seems like the most viable platform, but only time will tell if Rockstar finally jumps on the idea.
