Ghost Recon Future Soldier UnCancelled for PC

A recent Ubisoft press release has announced that Ghost Recon Future Soldier is delayed and that a Windows version will come at a later date. This only comes three months after the decision from Ubisoft's Sébesttien Arnoult said they'd be cancelling Future Soldier in favour of the freemium Ghost Recon Online. Arnoult said that "95% of their customers will pirate the game" and that there was a feeling of "classic development" when it came to doing GROnline.

To each their own, but saying flat out people are going to pirate your game...are probably gonna get people to pirate your game. What's to say people won't pirate it on 360 or PS3, they're viable pirating platforms. So Future Soldier will be coming very late this year and for PC, 360 and PS3.

Oddly enough this came only a few hours after Kinect for PC was priced...so coincidence, probably, but still something to consider since Kinect will probably be the saving grace for PC for 2012 and 2013 much like 3D was for film.

Saving grace? How so? Why would I want Kinect for my PC, what on earth would I use it for and whats so wrong with PC gaming the Kinect will need to save it?

The way I see it people are moving from the console platform to PC due to the outdated console hardware.
