The E3 may be done, but you can bet more good things are headed your way courtesy of THQ.

Big boss Danny Bilson confirmed that very thing to EG in an interview at last week's event. "I promise a big announcement at Gamescom. It's unannounced, a new announcement."

As it is intended to be a huge surprise, he did not divulge any more details. He was, however, nice enough to drop a clue. "I can say that crowd, those hundreds of thousands of people, in that space at that time, this one's built to announce at that place. I'll say that. That's my clue."

Hmm... still very vague, but at least there's something for us to look forward to come thi August. 

THQ also announced at the E3 that they are totally on board the Wii U bandwagon, even boasting that they've had the Wii U controller in mind for a good year and a half already.
